A New Era for the Global Sports Industry
ISPO 2026 represents the only trade event covering the entire sports industry value chain — from materials and manufacturing through to brands, retailers, and consumer experience. The move to Amsterdam RAI, organised by Raccoon Media Group in partnership with Messe München, marks a deliberate strategic repositioning: a €3 million investment programme designed to strengthen the commercial and cultural foundations of the event, with €1 million dedicated to a hosted buyer programme connecting 500 buyers with exhibiting brands.

ISPO is the global platform for sport, outdoor, fitness, and winter sports — and the only event in the world representing the entire industry value chain from raw materials to retail. The 2026 edition marks a significant transition: after more than 50 years as ISPO Munich, the show moves to RAI Amsterdam, a more globally connected venue positioned to attract a broader international buyer and brand audience.

The event is structured across three exhibition halls. Hall 1 covers outdoor sport (hiking, climbing, ski, snow, camping, water). Hall 2 covers fitness, e-commerce, and retail solutions. Hall 3 covers sports and cycling. The International Running Expo (IRX) — Europe's only dedicated B2B running event — is co-located within the show, making ISPO Amsterdam the defining moment in the European running industry calendar.

The ISPO Leaders' Summit on 3 November is a separately ticketed, invitation-level C-suite gathering (early-bird €495) that precedes the main exhibition. It mirrors the format of events like EHFF at FIBO — giving industry leaders a dedicated strategic conversation before the exhibition floor opens. The hosted buyer programme, backed by €1 million in investment, connects 500 buyers with exhibiting brands through structured meetings and supported networking over all three days.
